You'll integrate AI agents into the full SDLC for a global tech transformation consultancy, automating multi-step tasks and tool interactions. You'll build reusable AI skills and ensure production-grade quality and security. This role operates natively with AI as part of the development flow, not just as an assistant.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI agents for multi-step code generation and refactoring
• Orchestrate human+agent workflows and integrate with Git, CI/CD, and issue tracking
• Create reusable AI skills and structured prompt interfaces
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, security, and consistency

📋 Requirements

• SDLC mastery from design to operate with AI-native development
• Advanced AI agent construction (multi-step, tool usage, planning)
• Spec-driven development using structured inputs for AI
• Experience with multiple languages: Angular, Node, .Net, Python, Java, JavaScript

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AWS Copilot
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Experience integrating with observability tools
