💼 About This Role

You'll act as a growth engine in a fast-scaling insurtech, owning campaigns across paid search, social, and affiliates. You'll run A/B experiments with AI tools to drive new customer acquisition and see direct results from your work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, and affiliates.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, iterating creatives and targeting.
• Use AI tools to identify improvement opportunities and run A/B tests.
• Partner with brand and product teams to create landing pages and ad copy.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Native-level Dutch speaking and writing.
• Analytical and adaptable mindset with data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage overlapping timelines and prioritize impact.

• Experience with performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation.
