💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full sales cycle for Gorgias' conversational AI platform, converting prospects into long-term customers across APAC. You'll own a quota and collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams. This role focuses on inbound discovery and closing deals with e-commerce brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full sales cycle from inbound discovery to close
• Handle cross-sell and expansion opportunities with existing customers
• Sell core product offerings to e-commerce brands across APAC
• Collaborate cross-functionally for smooth customer transition post-sale

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of closing experience in SaaS
• Comfortable running discovery and live demos
• Consistently exceed quota targets
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Experience selling to or working within e-commerce space
• Experience at a tech startup or scale-up
