You'll lead marketplace business planning and goal setting, drive operational diagnosis and process improvement to streamline operations. This role involves designing impactful initiatives across Coupang's Marketplace team to achieve seller acquisition and sales performance goals while delivering best-in-class customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive business planning and goal setting for marketplace business
• Develop reporting systems and dashboards to track program performance
• Drive marketplace growth initiatives and ensure high-quality GTM
• Diagnose operational gaps and lead process improvement efforts
• Enable sales teams with tools and mechanisms to improve conversion

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or retail
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
