You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio of customers in a high-impact, rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll drive expansion, retention, and customer outcomes as part of a full Account Management transformation. This is a high-ownership role where you help define what 'great' looks like from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention for your book of business.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and close them.
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3โ4x coverage) against quota.
- Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk.
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of independently closing expansion opportunities.
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce) and collaboration tools.

- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment.
- Previous work in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile logistics.
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows.
