You'll design and deliver core features across our AI-powered platform, working across the stack with Ruby on Rails and React. You'll take ownership of our integrations framework, enabling new workflows and seamless connections to third-party tools. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across the platform
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define technical solutions
• Write clean, scalable, well-tested code in frontend and backend
• Own and improve key parts of the application from performance to architecture

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production-ready software across the stack
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails
• Solid experience working with React
• Experience with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working on AI/ML or LLM-based products
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, Vercel, ECS)
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog or Sentry
