🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own global HubSpot infrastructure for CS team
  • Design and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Metabase
  • Lead technical setup for customer-facing campaigns
  • Serve as global point of contact for CS operational inquiries
  • Proactively identify and automate manual bottlenecks

  • 1-2 years experience in Sales Ops, Data Analytics, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or major CRM
  • Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets for data manipulation
