💼 About This Role

You'll own Paddle's Checkout experience end-to-end, the most strategically critical product surface. You'll drive conversion, revenue, and customer trust through hard technical and commercial decisions. This role requires regular in-person collaboration with the Checkout team in London.

• Own the long-term vision and strategy for Checkout
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives
• Run A/B tests and optimization programs
• Align senior stakeholders with Checkout strategy

• Payments or checkout fintech experience
• Owned a high-stakes product end-to-end
• Data-fluent with ability to run own analysis
• Experience in scale-up or startup environments
