You'll lead a high-performing engineering pod at an AI-native healthcare startup, driving execution of complex initiatives and contributing to our codebase and technical direction. You'll partner with product and design to deliver high-impact features that improve people's health through nutrition, working in a fast-paced hybrid environment out of NYC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and core system design.
• Participate in coding, code reviews, and on-call rotations.
• Partner with product and design to define scope and timelines.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years professional software engineering experience with full-stack technologies.
• 2+ years experience leading engineering teams in a scaling environment.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to balance people leadership with hands-on technical execution.

• Experience with AI workflows or building AI products.
