Description
You will independently manage employee exits for Remote's external employees, ensuring legal compliance and delivering excellent customer service. You'll also provide first-level Employee Relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and driving process improvements to shape the future of work globally.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies
- Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance
- Strong understanding of employee relations and workplace investigation fundamentals
- Superior communication, influencing, and conflict management skills
- Business level English proficiency; additional languages a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions
- Provide trusted guidance on key jurisdictions and HR matters to clients
- Drive process improvements and initiatives aligned with strategic goals
- Ensure thorough record keeping and data integrity
