💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Lighting team for a AAA game project, collaborating with Art Directors and Engineers to craft visually stunning and optimized lighting. You'll have the opportunity to push boundaries on a new unannounced project.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the Lighting team to promote creativity
• Design high-quality lighting setups for mood and gameplay
• Optimize lighting content for memory and performance
• Partner with Technical Artists and Graphics Engineers

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Senior or Lead Lighting Artist in games
• At least one shipped AAA title
• Strong working knowledge of Unreal Engine 5
• Experience with 3DS Max/Maya and Photoshop

• Photography experience for lighting reference
• Experience with real-time dynamic and baked lighting
