Description

You will lead the integrated demand planning module and downstream workflows, owning the product from consensus demand to executable supply decisions. You'll partner with engineering, data science, and customers to define and deliver the planning experience, including AI agents that autonomously generate forecasts and recommend supply actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management with supply chain planning software exposure
• Depth in demand planning (statistical/ML forecasting methods, forecast accuracy metrics)
• Breadth across supply chain planning (S&OP, inventory, supply planning)
• Experience with planning platforms (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, Oracle)
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or technical field

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning module including statistical forecasting, ML-based demand sensing, and collaborative demand review
• Define requirements for demand segmentation, FVA tracking, and bias/accuracy analytics
• Drive integration of demand signals (contracts, forecasts, production schedules, etc.) into the planning engine
• Own demand-supply matching, inventory positioning, and asset rebalancing decisions
• Design collaborative planning experience for analysts, planners, sales, and S&OP leaders
