🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead by example and model core values and culture

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail
• Strong leadership track record
• Revenue, budget, and P&L management experience
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred)
