You'll join the AI Enabler team to build cost-efficient AI inference pipelines for Kubernetes environments. You'll design and implement ML systems that automatically select optimal LLMs, reducing cloud costs. This greenfield project offers high impact and ownership in a unicorn startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and analyze LLM performance.
• Architect and build inference and training pipelines.
• Design and implement deployment strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python.
• Expertise in ML inference optimizations (vLLM, TensorRT, quantization).
• Based in Europe (GMT 0 to GMT +3).

• Knowledge of distributed training patterns.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
