You'll define the long-term wireless technology roadmap, architect end-to-end communication systems, and serve as the ultimate technical authority for all major RF decisions. You'll lead R&D initiatives, mentor senior engineers, and ensure our drone products are at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

• MS in Electrical Engineering required; PhD strongly preferred
• 10+ years experience in wireless systems architecture and shipping complex products
• Recognized expertise in electromagnetic theory, digital communications, and modern wireless standards
• Mastery of system-level simulation and analysis for predicting real-world performance
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company's long-term wireless technology roadmap with executive leadership
• Architect novel end-to-end wireless communication systems from simulation to hardware topology
• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical hardware specifications
• Serve as ultimate approval authority on major RF architectural decisions
• Lead advanced R&D initiatives to explore emerging wireless technologies
