You'll lead end-to-end delivery of cross-device AI experiences across PCs, printers, and collaboration products. You'll drive execution across software, hardware, and firmware teams in a fast-paced innovation lab. This role combines startup autonomy with HP's global scale for high-impact product launches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery end-to-end from concept to launch
• Drive execution across software, hardware, firmware, and platform teams
• Manage hardware timelines, bring-up, validation, and integration risks
• Build and run program operating mechanisms for planning and tracking

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years leading complex technical programs
• Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end
• Experience with software programs tied to hardware
• Strong understanding of software systems and hardware development lifecycles

• Direct ownership of shipped products or major features
• Experience delivering 0→1 initiatives
