🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of UX designers through 1:1s and growth plans.
• Co-own roadmap priorities with Product and Engineering counterparts.
• Ensure accessibility, privacy-by-design, and contextual UX copy.
• Evangelize design system adoption and drive consistency across teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in UX/UI design.
• 6+ years experience creating B2B products.
• 6+ years experience managing and mentoring full-stack UX designers.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools.

• Background in consent/privacy, governance, or data tooling.
