💼 About This Role

You'll work as part of a team with CFGI professionals, Big 4 auditors, and client management on engagements including analyzing financial information, interviewing client management, and developing strong relationships. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of industries and projects, making a true business impact and owning projects from start to finish.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions
• Execute accounting projects for business unit carve-outs
• Integrate with client staff as a subject matter expert
• Prepare financial and regulatory filings per SEC requirements

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years in public accounting and/or industry finance
• Minimum 2 years at a Big 4 firm
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting

• CPA certification
• MBA combined with solid accounting experience
• Experience with process improvement
