Description

You will lead the launch and operational development of new hospice locations nationwide, working with executive leadership to ensure successful market entry, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care. This role involves mentoring and training Executive Directors, providing interim leadership during transitions, and implementing best practices across agencies.

Requirements

• RN (Registered Nurse) license required
• Experience in hospice operations, regulatory compliance, and leadership development
• Ability to travel 100% nationwide to support new hospice locations
• Strong understanding of Medicare certification and state licensure processes
• Proven track record in new market development and de novo operations

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and implementation for new hospice market launches and de novo startups
• Support development of new hospice locations including licensing, Medicare certification, and regulatory readiness
• Coordinate startup activities such as staffing, policies, equipment, and vendor relationships
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to Executive Directors and hospice leadership teams
• Assist with state licensure preparation, regulatory compliance, and operational workflow alignment
