You'll lead product strategy for Waterworks' Fittings line of business, driving multi-year roadmaps and portfolio performance. You'll own category-level outcomes, blending technical expertise with business acumen to influence cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to shape products for luxury bath and kitchen experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own category strategy for assigned fittings area
• Manage multi-year product roadmaps and prioritization
• Lead portfolio simplification and productivity initiatives
• Drive go-to-market execution in partnership with Marketing and Sales

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Merchandising
• Proven ownership of technical, complex, regulated product categories
• Experience managing large, SKU-intensive portfolios
• Experience with PLM, ERP, and product data systems

• Luxury or premium brand experience
