Description

You will build a delivery center of excellence, overseeing high-visibility campaigns from inception to completion. You'll develop client trust, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure quality and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of project management experience within an advertising agency or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strategic thinker with strong client relationship skills
• Experience with integrated deliverables (TVC, OLV, social, site, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Build a delivery-focused center of excellence with documented processes and workflows
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met
• Manage and foster growth of Senior, Mid, and Junior project managers
