Description

As a Line Lead in our Inspection Center, you will supervise a team of hourly associates to safely move vehicles through inspection and repairs, meeting production and quality targets. You will coach your team, manage workflow, and ensure vehicles meet Carvana's rigorous 150-point standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process and lean principles
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center safely to meet production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team, identify strengths/weaknesses, and coach for improvement
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Train team on Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively first time
• Prevent and resolve conflict among team members; ensure adherence to policies and performance standards
