This role offers exposure to both People Ops and recruiting functions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Maintain ATS systems, job postings, and candidate pipelines.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain People data and documentation accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years in People Operations, HR coordination, or recruiting operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in async, remote-first environments across time zones.
• Strong written communication skills.
