You will shape the future of ML Data Foundations and ML Serving platforms at Stripe, leading a team to build the next generation of serving infrastructure that powers Stripe's ML-driven products. You will define long-term strategy, manage talented engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, low-latency systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years software development experience and 3+ years engineering management
• Proven track record building large-scale, highly available, low-latency systems
• Experience in highly cross-functional organizations
• High level of autonomy and responsibility
• Clear and persuasive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into technical solutions
