You'll partner with Customer Success Managers to architect technical solutions for Postman's enterprise customers. Your core impact is turning complex challenges into repeatable assets that accelerate value at scale. You'll own technical discovery and build reusable collateral like guides and scripts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect implementation paths for enterprise customer workflows
• Build reusable technical guides, templates, and automation scripts
• Capture product gaps and propose solutions to product roadmap
• Design pragmatic workarounds when out-of-box functionality is insufficient

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in a technical customer-facing role
• Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, or TypeScript
• Deep understanding of APIs and developer workflows
