🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement RAG systems for contextual AI responses
• Build evaluation platforms for measuring AI system performance
• Develop interaction patterns and UX for LLM integrations
• Create data labeling and training pipelines for model improvement

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering for junior roles, 5+ for senior
• Strong expertise in large language models and RAG systems
• Experience with vector databases, embedding systems, and semantic search
• Proven experience building production AI applications from experimentation to deployment

• Knowledge of AI safety practices and responsible AI development
• Experience with ML operations and model deployment
