• Build and lead multiple AI teams and domains
• Define AI roadmap and priorities across projects
• Design scalable AI and ML architectures for production
• Hire, mentor, and grow technical leaders

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple AI or ML teams
• Strong technical background in AI/ML systems and production deployments
• Experience building and scaling teams from scratch
• Solid understanding of scalable system and platform design

• Experience in fintech or regulated industry
• Understanding of data governance and model monitoring best practices
• Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
