💼 About This Role

You'll own product strategy at the intersection of AI and mental healthcare, driving outcomes for a platform serving 70k+ providers and 1M+ patients. You'll apply AI to solve real problems in a regulated, high-stakes industry with massive scale. This role sits on the core product team of a well-funded Series D company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product strategy for your area with cross-functional partners.
• Identify and drive AI initiatives from insight through production.
• Set and own clear success metrics; communicate results and course-correct.
• Represent the voice of customers (patients, providers, health plans) in every decision.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience owning complex product areas.
• Experience with LLM systems (prompting, retrieval, evaluation, fine-tuning) and shipping AI-powered products at scale.
• Experience building at scale in a marketplace, platform, or data-intensive environment.
• Strong quantitative fluency to partner with data scientists on experiment design and causal analysis.
