Description

You will lead project development from initiation to closure, managing scope, budget, timelines, and risks while coordinating with engineering teams and client stakeholders for a top US health insurer. This role involves working in a hybrid setup in Buenos Aires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years IT experience including 3+ years as Technical/IT Project Manager
• Strong background in software development preferred
• Experience in workload planning, capacity management, and budget tracking
• Hands-on experience supporting production releases and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from initiation to closure within budget, schedule, and resource limits
• Negotiate, define, communicate, and manage project scope
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plan; revise to meet changing needs
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones; review deliverables
• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets; ensure timely invoicing
