As the Operations Lead, you will drive profitability and efficiency in the store, working closely with the Operations Visual Manager to execute inventory management processes, maximize accuracy, reduce shrink, and support visual standards. You'll manage shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, and replenishment while ensuring a safe and efficient stockroom.

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process gaps
• Manage shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and supply management
• Support visual standards and maintain sales floor recovery and replenishment
• Ensure safe work environment through strong stockroom standards
