Description

You will serve as a trusted consultant guiding school districts in Ohio through their IXL implementation, delivering professional development, analyzing data, and building relationships with district leaders and educators to drive successful adoption and expansion.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years K-12 professional development experience
• School or district administrator experience or extensive PD delivery to these audiences
• Experience leading instructional initiatives or curriculum adoption
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts
• Partner with district leaders to create professional development plans
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers
• Travel 40-60% within Ohio for onsite support
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
