As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will support total store operations by executing inventory management processes, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring efficient stockroom operations to drive profitability and reduce shrink.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process gaps
• Support key operational functions: shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, floor set updates, supply management
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Support safe work environment through strong stockroom standards
