🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a senior team of frontend platform engineers
• Own architecture for real-time and async AI workflows
• Build and scale shared UI primitives and design systems
• Partner with product, design, and backend teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years managing frontend or platform teams
• Experience leading frontend platforms, shared UI infrastructure, or design systems
• Strong expertise with modern frontend stacks (e.g. React, TypeScript, modern build tooling)
• Experience supporting real-time, data-intensive, or mission-critical user workflows

• Experience building clinician-facing, enterprise, or regulated products
• Familiarity with AI-driven or ML-powered user experiences
