🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research to rollout
• Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking
• Design high-quality UI/UX mockups
• Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on CRO experience with subscription or SaaS funnels
• Strong UI/UX understanding to create detailed mockups
• Skilled in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Growthbook
• Fluent English communication skills

• Exposure to marketing attribution models and ROAS measurement
• Strong project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
