As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will drive end-to-end campaign execution for Co-Lab partnerships, bridging creative vision with global implementation. You will coordinate with global teams, analyze market insights, and manage project timelines to ensure strategic, data-driven campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field
• 2+ years marketing experience, preferably in creative agency or in-house brand
• Exceptional eye for creative direction and visual communication
• Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumer behavior in Western markets
• Strong project management and cross-functional accountability skills

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end coordination of marketing strategies for Co-Lab Partnerships campaigns
• Act as central point of contact for global functional teams (PR, Social, UGC, KOL, Gifting, Growth)
• Author comprehensive creative briefs for agencies and internal teams
• Transform market insights and campaign data into strategic decks and visuals
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables with internal teams
