💼 About This Role

You'll develop and optimize our multi-currency accounting system and FX platform as part of the FinCore Engineering team. You'll take ownership of services from discovery to delivery, collaborating with product and operational teams. We operate a hybrid setup with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to FX platform service development and automation
• Design new services using RFC process with team and leaders
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members
• Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in complex software systems
• Proficiency in Python or other OOP languages
• Experience in FinTech or banking sector
• Ability to communicate clearly in English

• Experience with Jenkins and Terraform
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems
• Comfortable working with legacy code
