You'll join a 6-18-month training program designed to develop high-performing sales talent in Ag Lending and Crop Insurance. You'll build client relationships and prospect new business while learning from experienced team members. This hybrid role offers growth in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in classroom and experiential training on agriculture and lending.
• Attend industry events and network with clients and prospects.
• Market loans and services to establish new business relationships.
• Process loans and analyze financial information.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in agricultural economics, ag business or related field.
• Ability to obtain an Insurance License within six months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of farm production methods and business finance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in agribusiness or agricultural credit.
• Familiarity with CRM programs and MS Office.
