You'll perform insurance verification, benefit validation, and prior authorization for clients of a growing virtual speech therapy practice. You'll ensure accurate coverage documentation and clean claim submissions to improve access to care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify insurance and benefits for timely financial clearance.
• Manage prior authorizations and maintain billing documentation.
• Serve as main contact for client financial readiness.
• Monitor claim submissions and resolve denials promptly.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent in healthcare administration.
• 2–4 years experience in medical insurance verification or billing.
• Experience with multiple payers (commercial, Medicaid, Medicare).
• Familiarity with EHR or billing systems (e.g., Candid, Athena, Kareo).

✨ Nice to Have

• Telehealth and multi-state healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and payer regulations.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable.
