💼 About This Role

You'll manage a caseload of removal defense cases and represent clients in Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals. You'll develop strategic solutions for detained and non-detained individuals while collaborating with a supportive legal team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients.
• Represent clients in removal proceedings before Immigration Court.
• Prepare and submit diverse immigration applications including removal defense and family-based petitions.
• Conduct intake with detained individuals at detention centers.

📋 Requirements

• 1-5 years of Immigration Law experience.
• Active bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience with removal defense and Family-Based Petitions.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload of immigration cases.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Experience with Case Management Software.
• Familiarity with humanitarian and USCIS applications.
