🎯 What You'll Do

• Initiate contact with merchants to collect required documentation
• Participate in joint calls with merchants and banks for account verification
• Review and verify submitted documents against guidelines
• Respond to merchant inquiries via phone and email

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in processing or client services
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and work ethic
