Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent sales/staffing experience
• Minimum 2+ years success in sales, staffing, or metrics-driven role
• Customer-service oriented and passionate about candidate experience

• Proactively contact candidates to build relationships and qualify for opportunities
