Description

You will support complex data center and mission-critical construction projects by developing, maintaining, and updating CPM schedules using P6. Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to facilitate baseline development, schedule updates, and pull planning sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated project scheduling experience using CPM methodologies in P6.
• Proficient in resource loading and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in dynamic environment.
• Thorough understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules using support documentation including design drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Incorporate design deliverables into schedule and identify design risk.
• Work with material management to ensure deliveries support installation timeframes.
• Conduct constructability reviews to validate sequencing and logic.
• Perform weekly schedule update meetings and oversee pull planning sessions.
