💼 About This Role

You'll support the investment team in evaluating opportunities across the energy transition, from nature capital to green hydrogen. You'll gain hands-on transaction experience and technical financial skills while contributing to real-world decarbonization projects. This internship is exclusively for Black, Black British, African, or Caribbean candidates to address under-representation in the energy industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support deal screening and execution for energy transition investments.
• Build and update financial valuation models.
• Conduct market intelligence research on geographies or technologies.
• Coordinate due diligence with team members and external advisors.

📋 Requirements

• Analytical mindset with comfort handling numbers.
• Passion for renewable energy and net-zero transition.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Sustainability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Excel financial functions like DCF or NPV.
• Commercial awareness of energy sector or financial markets.
