You'll design and implement a network-wide MTSS framework ensuring every student receives timely, data-driven support. You'll drive alignment across curriculum, instruction, and intervention systems to improve equitable student outcomes. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on coaching and data-informed decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set MTSS vision and strategy aligned to organizational goals
• Lead network-wide screening, progress monitoring, and intervention systems
• Coach school leaders on MTSS structures and data cycles
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence across support systems

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant education experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven track record of achieving measurable results in student achievement
• Experience leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals

• Familiarity with Common Core and New Jersey Student Learning Standards
