Description

You'll pioneer our Forward Deployed Engineering function, building integrations and deploying Arkestro's predictive procurement platform for Fortune 500 customers. This founding role involves owning end-to-end technical implementations, creating deployment playbooks, and shaping product strategy from the field.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles
• 3+ years integrating enterprise systems via APIs, REST, SOAP
• 5+ years building production backend services with Ruby on Rails
• Strong SQL and ORM (ActiveRecord) skills
• Experience with enterprise ERP/procurement systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end-to-end: lead technical implementations from architecture to production
• Build integrations at scale between enterprise ERP systems and our platform
• Deliver customer-specific features rapidly while building reusable patterns
• Pioneer deployment methodology: create playbooks and tools for scaling to 50+ customers
• Drive technical relationships as primary point of contact
