You'll provide top-tier support to clients of a leading trading platform. Your core impact is ensuring client satisfaction through resolving issues and guiding platform use. You'll work in a hybrid model from our Limassol office.

• Support clients via live chat, email, and calls.
• Assist with KYC procedures and platform tours.
• Collect client feedback to improve experience.
• Communicate between departments to resolve issues.

📋 Requirements

• C1+ level proficiency in English.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating morning/afternoon shifts.
• Ability to listen and find solutions for clients and team.
