Description

You will manage large, complex aviation agreements as the primary point of contact for Starlink's aviation customers, ensuring contract terms are fulfilled and revenue is realized. This role involves resolving issues, coordinating changes, and guiding customers to achieve high performance with the Starlink system.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with passion for customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Technical expertise and industry knowledge in aviation
  • Ability to manage large, complex agreements
  • Experience with airline entry into service and growth plans
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned customers to resolve issues, negotiate requirements, and maintain positive relationships
  • Identify and communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue
  • Guide customers in achieving high performance in the operation and maintenance of the Starlink system
  • Serve as a customer advocate and work independently with minimal direction
  • Identify, design, and lead implementation of system enhancements and automations
