💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise clients, guiding their adoption of Airwallex's global payments platform. You'll build deep client relationships and drive optimization and upsell opportunities with account managers. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model (2 days in office).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be the primary technical owner for strategic enterprise clients.
• Deliver elevated technical support and services to client portfolios.
• Build trusted relationships as a subject matter expert on clients' businesses.
• Analyze and improve client support experience with Airwallex products.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline.
• At least 5 years experience in engineering, technical support, or TAM role.
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and API architecture.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication with decision-makers.
