💼 About This Role

You'll provide virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self Management Education to support lasting behavior change for patients. As a Vida Dietitian, you'll manage a panel of clients with chronic cardiometabolic conditions through video calls and messaging, collaborating with a coordinated care team to improve health outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a panel of clients with chronic cardiometabolic conditions.
• Communicate via video calls, telephone, and electronic messaging.
• Provide Diabetes Self Management Education and Medical Nutrition Therapy.
• Collaborate with the coordinated care team for best-in-class care.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in dietetics or related field.
• Credentials of Registered Dietitian through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• 3 years in a clinical or community setting preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist certification.
• Obesity and Weight Management certification.
• Spanish fluency.
