You'll lead and strengthen the technical foundations of a mobile banking app, enabling product teams to move faster with confidence. You'll own platform enablement, developer experience, and engineering architecture for a small React Native team. This role balances high engineering standards with product team velocity in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor mobile platform team with technical direction.
• Define and uphold engineering standards for security, performance, and quality.
• Drive improvements to CI/CD pipelines, build reliability, and release workflows.
• Own mobile platform observability, crash reporting, and incident management.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in mobile engineering with Tech Lead or Staff level experience.
• 4+ years production experience with React Native and TypeScript.
• 4+ years native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, or Java).
• Experience driving CI/CD pipeline improvements and developer workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environment.
• Stronger depth in native mobile development beyond integration.
• Experience with Expo or similar React Native tooling evolution.
